These terms govern your use of techprufer.com, the TechPrufer Copilot Chrome extension, and the TechPrufer connector for AI assistants (together, "TechPrufer"). By creating an account or using TechPrufer you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use TechPrufer.
You are responsible for your account and for activity under it, including actions taken by AI assistants or devices you connect. Keep your sign-in details private and disconnect any assistant or device you no longer use.
You own the resumes, job descriptions, and other content you add. You give us permission to store and process that content only to provide TechPrufer to you — for example to tailor a resume, track an application, or render a PDF. Only add content you have the right to share.
Tailored resumes, summaries, and interview prep are produced with AI — on our servers or on the AI assistant you connect — and can be wrong or incomplete. Review everything before you send it to an employer. TechPrufer does not guarantee interviews, offers, or any hiring outcome.
Salary reports and interview questions come from community submissions and public sources. They are provided for information only and may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate.
Some actions use credits, as described on the pricing page. Free monthly credits reset each month and do not carry over. Credits and plans can only be bought on techprufer.com, never inside an AI assistant.
Do not misuse TechPrufer: no scraping or bulk downloading, no attempts to access other users' data, no reverse engineering or disrupting the service, no reselling access, and no uploading content that is unlawful or that you do not have the right to share. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
TechPrufer works with services we do not control, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and job sites. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
TechPrufer is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on content in TechPrufer.
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept the changes. You can stop using TechPrufer at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end access for breaches of these terms.
