Introduced dynamic chat wallpapers based on Telegram gifts, allowing owners to set them as custom themes in private chats. Each wallpaper is uniquely generated based on gift attributes. Enabled users to send Stars to cover the cost of upgrading a gift on someone else's profile. Added an 'Upgradable' filter to easily find gifts that can be upgraded and a 'Upgrade Next Gift' button for batch upgrades.
