Document changes with required issue keys in Bitbucket Cloud

Introduced a new feature in Bitbucket Cloud that requires issue keys in commit messages. This feature ensures that every commit is linked to an issue in the linked issue tracker (e.g., Jira Software or Bitbucket's own tracker). When enabled, Bitbucket Cloud will only accept pushes if all commit messages contain valid issue keys, which are automatically converted into links. This aims to improve historical validation of changes, automate workflow actions, and scale team workflows.
