Fast-forward merges in Bitbucket Cloud - and by default, if you like

Summary
Introduced the 'fast forward' merge strategy as an available option in Bitbucket Cloud, allowing for linear commit histories without merge commits. Also added a repository-level setting to define a default merge strategy, enabling teams to pre-populate their preferred merge strategy in the pull request merge dialog.
