Improving navigation for Bitbucket users

This post introduces a significant change to Bitbucket Cloud's navigation, shifting from a global scope to a single workspace scope. This involves modifying the top navigation bar to display content only from the currently viewed workspace. A workspace switcher has been added to the profile menu for easy switching between workspaces. Additionally, direct access to the Pull Requests page has been added, the workspace members directory is now under the 'People' tab, and settings have been consolidated into a single menu for workspace admins. The rationale behind these changes includes alignment with Jira and Confluence's site-based experience and expected performance improvements due to reduced data querying.
