JIRA integration & other external project links

Introduces the 'Commit Text Replacements' feature in SourceTree 1.3, allowing users to define project prefixes for Jira and Crucible, or use custom regular expressions to create hyperlinks within commit messages. This feature facilitates navigation to external project tracking systems directly from the SourceTree commit log.
