[New in Premium] Enforce private content in your workspaces

This post introduces the ability for workspace admins to enforce that all projects and repositories created within a private workspace are private. This is achieved by enabling a 'Do not allow public content inside this workspace' setting in Workspace settings. If existing content is public, users will be prompted to change it to private before enabling the setting. Changes to content privacy and creation are tracked in audit logs.
