The new Bitbucket webhooks

Introduced a new Bitbucket webhook system with more comprehensive payload information for repo:push events, allowing for detailed updates on each reference. Added fine-grained control over event triggers (repository, issue, pull request events). Improved troubleshooting by providing visibility into recent webhook requests, including status codes and response times. The new webhooks are built using the Atlassian Connect for Bitbucket platform.
