Content Provenance and Authenticity

Cloudflare Images now integrates with the C2PA standard to preserve and cryptographically sign content provenance metadata. This allows creators and publishers to maintain an auditable chain of image creation and editing history, ensuring attribution and authenticity across the Cloudflare network. The integration supports existing Content Credentials and appends new, signed actions performed by Cloudflare Images, such as resizing or format changes. This enables end-users to verify the integrity of image metadata using open-source tools.
