Add Watermarks to your Cloudflare Stream Video Uploads

Introduced the Watermarks API for Cloudflare Stream, enabling programmatic addition of watermarks to video uploads. This includes a new `/stream/watermarks` endpoint for creating watermark profiles (defining image URL, opacity, padding, scale, and position) and support for a `watermark` object with a `uid` during video upload. This feature is available at no additional cost.
