Always Online v.2

Introduced Always Online v.2, which actively crawls customer pages to build a more robust cache. This addresses the previous limitation where static pages were less likely to be cached due to reliance on search engine crawler traffic. The new crawler has a specific user agent and its crawl frequency varies by plan. Future iterations will allow users to pin and exclude pages from the cache.
