Announcing Cloudflare Images beta to simplify your image pipeline

Introduced Cloudflare Images, a new service for storing, resizing, optimizing, and delivering images at scale. Key features include eliminating egress costs, simplified APIs for image identification (UID or filename), and the concept of 'Variants' for defining custom image properties (size, access control) and serving them via a single source of truth. Images also offer intelligent delivery, automatically serving optimized formats (WebP, AVIF) based on client support. Pricing is based on storage and served images, with no additional costs for resizing or egress.
