Announcing Cloudflare Incident Alerts

This post introduces Cloudflare Incident Alerts, a new feature that provides proactive, customizable notifications for incidents affecting customer services. Alerts can be delivered via email, webhook, or PagerDuty and are configurable by product and impact level, offering a push-based communication model to supplement the existing Status API and RSS feeds. This aims to reduce confusion and wasted resources during incidents by providing timely and relevant information directly to users.
