Browser VNC with Zero Trust Rules

Introduces Browser VNC, a new capability that renders a VNC client entirely in the browser, eliminating the need for client-side software installation. This is achieved by leveraging Cloudflare Workers for edge rendering and Cloudflare Tunnel for secure, low-latency TCP connections to VNC servers. Cloudflare Access is used for Zero Trust authentication and authorization, ensuring only verified users can connect. Future enhancements will include full auditability of user actions within VNC sessions.
