Cloudflare Calls is a new product that acts as a global, regionless WebRTC server, leveraging Cloudflare's network as a 'super peer' to abstract away the complexity of real-time audio/video app infrastructure. It uses anycast for routing, scales automatically, and provides enhanced observability through a server-side view of the WebRTC Statistics API. It also offers improved privacy and security by eliminating direct peer-to-peer IP exposure and encrypting all traffic by default.
