Capturing Purpose Justification in Cloudflare Access

Introduced a new feature in Cloudflare Access that prompts users to enter a justification for accessing an application prior to login. This feature allows administrators to log and review these justifications, add additional security layers to sensitive applications, customize modal text, and help meet regulatory requirements for data access control. The functionality is configurable per Access policy and integrates with existing audit logs.
