Down the Rabbit Hole: The Making of Cloudflare Warp

This post introduces Cloudflare Warp (later renamed Argo Tunnel), a new tunneling solution that punches holes through firewalls and NAT to provide secure and easy passage for HTTP traffic to origin servers. It leverages HTTP/2 for multiplexing and header compression, integrates with Argo for optimized routing within Cloudflare's network, and provides redundancy through multiple tunnel connections. It also complements Load Balancing by offering enhanced health and performance monitoring of tunnel connections.
