Experiment with HTTP/3 using NGINX and quiche

This post introduces a patch for NGINX that allows users to integrate Cloudflare's implementation of HTTP/3 and QUIC. This enables individuals and organizations to build and run their own HTTP/3 servers, facilitating experimentation and adoption of the new protocol beyond Cloudflare's edge network.
