How we built Organizations to help enterprises manage Cloudflare at scale

Introduced Cloudflare Organizations, a new layer above individual accounts, to manage collections of accounts for enterprises. This feature is built on the Tenant system and provides a centralized management plane for users, configurations, and analytics across multiple Cloudflare Accounts. Key features include an account list, the 'Org Super Administrator' role with Super Administrator permissions across all accounts in the organization, a roll-up analytics dashboard for HTTP traffic, and the ability to share configurations like WAF and Gateway policies across accounts. The implementation involved significant code changes (133k new lines, 32k removed) and a 27% performance improvement in permission enumeration calls.
