Introducing Apps with Workers

This post announces the public beta of Cloudflare Apps with Workers, allowing developers to package and deliver serverless Workers code as Cloudflare Apps. This enables new app experiences like personalization, A/B testing, custom security, content validation, and localization. Developers can package existing Workers by referencing their script in `install.json` and can deliver custom variables as install options. The approval process now includes a security review of the Worker code.
