Introduced Low-Latency HLS (LL-HLS) support for Cloudflare Stream, reducing glass-to-glass latency from ~30 seconds to under 10 seconds. This was achieved by simplifying the underlying pipeline to process individual frames instead of entire keyframe intervals, thereby reducing internal buffer duration to a maximum of twice the keyframe interval.
