Apr 12, 2021Zaid Farooqui
Summary
Introduced Stream Connect beta, enabling users to push RTMPS feeds to the Cloudflare edge for restreaming to multiple platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Twitch). This eliminates the upload bandwidth bottleneck for broadcasters, automatically configures optimal ingest servers by evaluating Cloudflare data center health and connection speeds to video platforms, and leverages Argo Smart Routing to improve reliability and lower latency by intelligently routing streams across the Cloudflare network.
