Network-based policies in Cloudflare Gateway

Introduced network-based policies in Cloudflare Gateway, allowing administrators to control access to any network origin (IP address and port) for all TCP traffic. This extends Zero Trust controls beyond DNS and HTTP to non-HTTP protocols like SSH. Policies can be identity-based, applying to specific users or groups, and integrate with the WARP agent and Cloudflare One for comprehensive network security and replacement of legacy firewalls.
