Now all customers can share access to their Cloudflare account with Role Based Access Controls

This post announces the rollout of Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC) to all Cloudflare customers, including FREE and PAYGO plans. Previously, granular access control was limited to higher tiers. RBAC allows account owners to assign specific roles to users, granting them access only to designated parts of the Cloudflare offering (e.g., DNS, Firewall, Workers Admin). This enhances security by reducing the threat surface and preventing accidental misconfigurations. A comprehensive list of available roles and their associated permissions is provided.
