Migrate Kafka Connectors to Fully Managed—Fast

Introduces the open-source Connect migration utility, a CLI-based tool that automates the migration of self-managed Kafka connectors to Confluent Cloud's fully managed connectors. The utility provides phased migration capabilities including discovery of existing connectors, feasibility analysis for migration readiness, mapping of configurations (including SMTs and authentication), setup and creation of managed connectors, validation of performance parity, and automated cutover. This significantly reduces the time and effort required for connector migrations.
