Schema Registry and Flink Private Connectivity

Confluent Cloud enhances security and private connectivity for its data streaming services. This includes the general availability of Mutual TLS (mTLS) authentication for dedicated clusters, providing two-way client and broker authentication to protect sensitive data and reduce risk. Additionally, Private Link is now available for Schema Registry and Apache Flink, enabling secure, private access from within customer virtual private clouds (VPCs) without traversing the public internet. This simplifies network architecture, reduces exposure to threats, and improves performance for critical components like Schema Registry and Flink state management.
