Bootstrapping Composer with autoinstall

Summary
Introduced Composer autoinstall, a system that uses earlier Composer models to automatically create working RL environments from unconfigured repository checkouts. This system operates in two stages: goal setting (proposing commands and output descriptions) and execution (an agent attempts to set up the environment to run target commands). The system can mock missing files, create placeholder images, and create fake database tables to ensure a runnable environment for RL training. This has led to improved performance on benchmarks like Terminal-Bench.
