Build programmatic agents with the Cursor SDK

Introduced the Cursor SDK, enabling programmatic agent development using the same runtime, harness, and models that power Cursor. The SDK supports building agents with TypeScript, running them locally or on Cursor's cloud infrastructure (dedicated VMs with sandboxing and repo cloning), and integrating them into CI/CD pipelines and other organizational workflows. It leverages the existing Cloud Agents API for seamless integration with Cursor's Agents Window and web app. The SDK also provides access to the full Cursor harness, including intelligent context management, MCP servers, skills, hooks, and subagents, and allows routing to any model supported by Cursor, including Composer 2.5.
