Big changes coming to GitHost

This post announces significant changes to GitHost's plans, pricing, and features. New, higher-capacity plans (Business, Business Pro, Corporate) are introduced, and smaller plans are consolidated. Existing subscribers are grandfathered for two years. GitLab Enterprise Edition is now available on GitHost, requiring a license. Configuration of Omniauth providers and LDAP has been simplified through a UI, eliminating the need to edit `gitlab.rb` directly, though a reconfigure is still necessary. The GitHost.io UI has also been redesigned.
