Feature Highlight: User preferences to customize GitLab behavior

Introduced user preferences for customizing the UI layout (fluid or fixed width) and the default dashboard view (Projects, Starred Projects, Projects' Activity, or Starred Projects' Activity). Also highlighted the existing 'Project view' preference to choose between Readme or Activity display.
