GitLab is now simple to install

Introduced three new installation options: an official GitLab Chef cookbook (supporting Ubuntu/RHEL, MySQL/PostgreSQL, Chef Solo/Server/Vagrant, and AWS Opsworks), GitLab Packer virtual machines (Ubuntu 12.04 image available, CentOS 6.5 coming soon, with Digital Ocean and AWS examples), and GitLab Omnibus packages (deb for Ubuntu 12.04, RPM for CentOS 6). The Omnibus packages are for pre-production use initially, with plans to update them for stable releases and expanded feature support. The Omnibus packages leverage omnibus-ruby for packaging.
