Transform MRs from manual tasks to an automated workflow

This post introduces significant enhancements to GitLab's AI-assisted features, specifically focusing on extending the Developer Flow to cover the entire Merge Request (MR) lifecycle. Key new capabilities include an AI agent that can address reviewer feedback across multiple rounds, resolve merge conflicts on long-running branches, research unfamiliar codebases, split large MRs, and implement features from scratch. The agent is designed to operate with a full developer toolset and leverages project setup configurations like AGENTS.md and agent-config.yml. Additionally, a 'Resolve with Duo' button is introduced for automated merge conflict resolution directly within the MR interface, and a one-click rebase and merge feature is now available. These capabilities are part of the GitLab Duo Agent Platform.
