Prioritizing and ranking already downloaded, relevant stories when the app starts, when navigating to News Feed, or when pulling to refresh, instead of waiting for new stories to load. This involves factoring in image availability. 2. Periodically retrieving new stories when a good connection is available to keep the feed updated. 3. Enabling users to compose and post comments while offline, with the comments being sent when a connection is re-established. These changes focus on efficient content delivery and offline functionality to improve user experience on constrained networks.
