Wormhole pub/sub system: Moving data through space and time

This replaces the previous reliance on periodic database dumps, significantly reducing latency and improving data freshness for analytics. Wormhole also contributes to cache consistency and provides efficient, reliable, and ordered delivery of updates across data centers, processing over a trillion messages daily.
