Azure Boards, September Update

This post enhances the Azure Boards + GitHub integration by displaying AB# links directly in the 'Development' section of GitHub pull requests when included in the PR description, and provides clearer status updates for linked GitHub pull requests directly within the work item view, including draft status, review status, and running status checks. It also introduces new REST API endpoints to automate the addition and removal of GitHub repositories in Azure DevOps Projects, increasing the repository limit per connection from 500 to 2,000.
