Cloning test plans using Microsoft Test Manager

Introduced the capability to clone entire test plans and individual test suites within Microsoft Test Manager. This feature allows for the replication of test plan artifacts including test cases, shared steps, and requirements, while preserving suite structure, test settings, environments, builds, and configurations. The cloning process can be initiated from the MTM UI, with options to select specific suites and to clone associated requirement work items. A historical record of the clone operation is added to cloned work items for auditing.
