Coded UI MTM Issues on Internet Explorer with KB2870699

Summary
This post addresses issues with Coded UI Tests, MTM Record and Playback, and MTM Exploratory Testing on Internet Explorer caused by a recent security update (KB2870699) affecting IE11, IE10, and IE9. The issues manifest as recording failures and errors during recording when navigating to a new page and performing an action. Fixes for Visual Studio 2012 and Visual Studio 2010 SP1 are provided.
