Deploying Applications to Azure Container Service

This post details the end-to-end setup for continuous delivery of a Dockerized .NET Core application to an Azure Container Service (ACS) Kubernetes cluster using Visual Studio Team Services (VSTS). It covers creating a build definition with steps for `dotnet restore`, `dotnet build`, `dotnet publish`, Docker image build and push to Azure Container Registry (ACR), and publishing Kubernetes configuration files as artifacts. The release process involves creating a release definition using the 'Deploy to Kubernetes Cluster' template, configuring service connections to the Kubernetes cluster, and using 'kubectl apply' and 'kubectl set image' commands to create secrets, deployments, and services, and update the cluster with the latest image. It also discusses enabling CI triggers and using build IDs for image tagging for traceability.
