Improving Azure DevOps cherry-picking

Introduced a new Azure DevOps extension called 'Multi-cherry-pick' that adds a context menu item to pull requests. This extension allows users to select multiple target branches and automatically create new topic branches for each selected branch, applying the commits from the original pull request. It also provides an option to automatically open pull requests from these new topic branches into their respective target branches. The extension aims to streamline the process of applying hotfixes or other changes to multiple release branches simultaneously.
