July Hosted Build Pool Image Updates

This post announces updates to the hosted build pool image for Azure Pipelines, including the addition of .NET Core 1.0 (Preview 2 tooling), Visual Studio 2015 Update 3, June 2016 SSDT for Visual Studio 2015, Lets Encrypt root certificates to the JDK certificate store, and Azure Service Fabric SDK 2.1. It also notes a side-by-side issue with Service Fabric SDK version 2.0 that requires updating to 2.1, and updates to Android support repository (version 30) and Google Repository (version 29).
