JUnit Attachments Support for Publish Test Results

Extended the Publish Test Results task in Azure Pipelines to support file attachments within JUnit XML reports. This is achieved by recognizing a convention `[[ATTACHMENT|/path/to/file.ext]]` within the `<system-out>` element of test cases. The task now automatically uploads these specified files to Azure DevOps and associates them with the corresponding test results, facilitating easier debugging and analysis of test failures, particularly with tools like Playwright.
