Merging the concepts of Account and Collection

This post announces the merging of Account and Collection concepts in Visual Studio Team Services (VSTS) in preparation for the introduction of 'Organizations'. This change removes 'DefaultCollection' from URLs and merges Control Panel settings with Collection settings. Existing links, tools, and connections will be fully supported. The change will roll out for newly created accounts in early April and for all existing accounts in late April.
