Mobile work item form general availability

This post announces the general availability of the mobile work item form and the mobile 'My work items' page in Visual Studio Team Services. It highlights improvements to the work item form, including enhanced discussion experience with Markdown support and a preview of the latest comments. It also introduces a mobile version of the personalized account homepage, which lists projects, pull requests, and work items, with a focus on the 'My work items' tab showing followed, assigned, and recently visited/modified items. Mobile navigation controls are also added to allow users to move between different parts of VSTS and return to the full desktop site.
