New ways to quickly create a Code Map

Summary
Introduced new ways to create Code Maps in Visual Studio 2015, specifically 'New Graph from Selection' which allows creating a new, uncluttered map focused on selected items from an existing map. Also added the ability to create a new blank Code Map directly from the Architecture menu without forcing the creation of a Modeling Project.
