Release Candidate of Visual Studio 2012 Update 3 now available

Introduced the ability to enable continuous integration for Team Projects using Git and to select a specific branch in the repository to be built. Also added functionality to the Team Foundation Server 2012 upgrade wizard to preserve build settings from the previous install when loading the configuration database.
