SonarQube Code Analysis issues integration into Pull Requests

This post introduces the integration of SonarQube code analysis results directly into Visual Studio Team Services (VSTS) pull requests. When a build definition configured with SonarQube tasks runs as part of a Pull Request (PR), it performs an incremental analysis. New static analysis issues identified by SonarQube are then added as comments to the PR, similar to how a human reviewer would provide feedback.
