The Maven build task now supports PMD analysis out of the box

Introduced out-of-the-box support for PMD static analysis within the Maven build task in Azure Pipelines. This feature allows users to enable PMD analysis via a checkbox, with results reported in the build summary and detailed logs available as build artifacts. The implementation currently works with Linux agents in Team Services and is planned for on-premises TFS in the next major version. Customization of PMD rules requires modifying the Maven pom file.
