Summary
This post announces the release of a sample solution for Visual Studio Coded UI with a Microsoft Word Add-in. This add-in extends Coded UI capabilities to Microsoft Word documents by enabling document location referencing for mouse and keyboard actions, and supporting assertions on contiguous document selections. This addresses limitations of the base Coded UI feature, which previously only supported referencing Word menu/ribbon controls and screen locations.
