What’s new in VSTS Sprint 135 Update

Introduced an import/export tool for inherited process customizations, open-sourced on GitHub, to better support workflows where organizations refine process customizations in a separate VSTS account before applying them to their production account. Also highlighted new release progress views for VSTS Sprint 135 Update, presenting artifacts, environments, and deployment progress in a richer, graphical way.
