Work-items tracking using Release Management

Introduced the 'Change Summary' feature in Microsoft Release Management 2013 Update 3 RC/RTM. This feature displays a list of work-items that are new or changed in the current release compared to the last successful release. It is accessible via a new 'Change Summary' tab on the Release page in the Release Management client for manual releases and via an additional link in the Release Explorer web client for automated releases. The summary includes Id, Type, Title, Owner, and State of work-items, with links to TFS. It also notes that the summary is stage-specific and compares work-items relative to the last successful release on that stage.
